Its expertise includes modelling, hydrology, and infrastructure-related analysis, supporting projects that address climate-related challenges in rural and regional contexts. Role in the project

In REHUBS, UPC contributes to the deployment, operation, and evaluation of the Manlleu Demo Case in Catalonia, Spain. UPC also contributes to activities related to climate projections and risk assessment, supporting the use of scientific data in project implementation. These activities are carried out through the FLUMEN Research Institute, which is active in research, consulting, training, and technology transfer related to urban hydrology and river dynamics, and supports the development and testing of flood and drought management solutions within the project.
